Master the Hero Battlefield in Last Z: Survival Shooter

Hero Battlefield presents a crucial challenge in Last Z: Survival Shooter, offering valuable rewards for strategic play. This guide will walk you through optimizing your approach, from team selection to resource management, ensuring you conquer every session.

Hero Battlefield Essentials

Your primary objective is to select a Hero Battlefield chapter that your chosen squad can successfully complete. Remember, the presented enemy power levels are not strict requirements but rather indicators of the challenge ahead. Should a new chapter prove too difficult, simply re-engage with a previously cleared one to earn rewards.

Sessions for Hero Battlefield refresh on specific days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Successfully completing Blood Rose Level 20 unlocks a valuable feature called Quick Fight.

Understanding Chapter Naming and Power

Chapters are identified with a format like 45-6, which denotes chapter 45, battle 6. When assessing the difficulty, always consider both the chapter and the specific battle number, as the initial encounter within a chapter is rarely as strong as the final one.

Observe these example enemy power levels from specific battles:

Chapter–BattleEnemy Power Displayed
43-993.90M
45-6102.10M
46-10119.10M

It's important to note that these values represent specific instances; the actual power displayed on your game screen for a given fight is the definitive metric. These examples illustrate general difficulty, but do not provide exact team power thresholds for victory or cover every fight within a chapter.

Three Battlefields, Strategic Planning

Hero Battlefield features three distinct areas: Blood Rose, Wings of Dawn, and Guard of Order. Deploying heroes aligned with the faction of each battlefield is generally recommended for optimal performance.

A critical rule: Each individual hero can participate in only one battlefield per session. Therefore, meticulously plan the composition of all three teams before assigning your strongest heroes.

Session Resets and Progress

New sessions begin every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, completely resetting your challenge progress. However, any chapters you've previously unlocked remain available for selection; you won't need to start from the very beginning each time.

Maximizing Equipment Utility

One significant advantage is the ability to transfer your most powerful equipment between different teams. Before engaging in a new battlefield, equip your strongest gear onto the heroes you're about to deploy. After completing that battlefield, re-equip the gear onto the team designated for the next field. This method ensures your other faction teams benefit from superior stats, helping them clear higher chapters without requiring three equally strong equipment sets.

Once all battles are complete, remember to return your best equipment to your primary formation. Moving gear does not bypass hero entry restrictions; each hero is still limited to one battlefield per session, and the new chapter challenge limit persists.

Advancing and Replaying Chapters

To unlock the subsequent chapter, you must successfully clear your current highest available chapter for the first time.

Important: You can only unlock and challenge one new chapter per event session. Do not expect to climb an unlimited number of chapters in a single refresh cycle.

You are free to re-challenge any chapter you've already unlocked. Replaying a completed chapter offers a consistent source of rewards, which is especially useful when the next progression chapter is too demanding. However, replaying a cleared chapter will not unlock new content.

To unlock the Quick Fight feature, you must fully complete Blood Rose Level 20.

Give Glory Badges a Purpose

Stage rewards include valuable Glory Badges, which can be exchanged at the Glory Shop for items like universal orange hero fragments.

If state migration is part of your long-term strategy, be sure to account for the weekly Migration Pass before spending all your badges. The State Migration Guide details this pass, priced at 5,000 Glory Badges, with a limit of one purchase per week. Otherwise, prioritize spending badges on upgrades for your essential heroes.
