Last Z: Survival Shooter State Migration Guide: Passes, Tiers and Moving Requirements
Updated October 12, 2026
How State Migration Works
State Migration in Last Z: Survival Shooter transfers your established account to another eligible state. It unlocks following Season 2; finishing Season 1 does not make it available. Further migration rounds arrive after subsequent seasons, rather than remaining accessible year-round.
Your server group determines which destinations you can choose and when you can depart. Before making arrangements, open the active migration event and verify its schedule, your assessed tier, required passes and available destination spaces.
The most important restriction concerns Migration Score: the game retains your highest recorded assessment. Reducing your present power cannot reverse that record or secure a cheaper migration tier.
Migration Dates and Event Stages
Migration schedules are specific to each server group. Prepare early, but let the current event countdown determine your actual departure deadline.
For Server 403, the transition from Season 3 Dinosaur Origin to Season 4 lists this window:
- Opens: September 25, 2026, at 00:00.
- Closes: October 2, 2026, at 00:00.
These dates do not establish the schedule for other groups.
| Stage | Available actions | Main preparation task |
|---|---|---|
| Prep Phase | Assessments, destination classifications, Identity Tiers and quotas appear. | Review your cost and arrange a preferred destination plus an alternative. |
| Invitation Phase | Presidents issue invitations; Intermediate, Advanced and Elite accounts may file Special Immigration Applications. | Ask the receiving leadership to confirm space for your tier. |
| Free Migration Phase | Regular accounts may enter through an available Regular slot without an invitation. Higher tiers still require authorization. | Recheck quota availability and departure conditions before moving. |
Stage lengths can vary between rounds. Do not assume a previous event's timetable will repeat.
Invitations and applications remain valid for 24 hours. A rejection triggers a 20-minute wait before another invitation or application can be sent. Intermediate, Advanced and Elite accounts can submit Special Immigration Applications in Phase II and Phase III, with approval required from the receiving President.
Migration Score and Identity Tiers
The game's listed score factors include Building Power, Tech Power, Hero Power and Mod Vehicle Power. Their precise contributions are not disclosed.
As account power raises your assessment, the highest value remains on record. Removing equipment or sacrificing troops afterward will not erase that score.
Server 403 tier example
The September 25–October 2, 2026 migration round displays these brackets:
| Identity Tier | Listed score bracket |
|---|---|
| Regular | 0–40.0M |
| Intermediate | 40.0M–80.0M |
| Advanced | 80.0M–160.0M |
| Elite | >160.0M |
Treat these as round-specific figures, not permanent global thresholds. The displayed brackets share endpoints at 40M and 80M. At either value, rely on the Identity Tier assigned to your account in-game.
If securing a destination is more important than an immediate power increase, consider postponing major upgrades until after arrival. A higher tier can mean fewer suitable openings, particularly when several accounts need to relocate together. Continue gathering rewards and materials while you wait; delaying an upgrade preserves flexibility, whereas lowering power later does not.
How Useful Are Migration Score Estimates?
An unofficial Server 134 analysis dated December 29, 2025 examined seven accounts, using screenshot-supported Technology Power, Modified Vehicle Power and Migration Score figures. It produced this approximation:
Estimated Migration Score ≈ 0.7184 × Technology Power + 2.2779 × Modified Vehicle Power − 5,137,698
Under this model, one Modified Vehicle Power point contributes approximately 3.17 times as much as one Technology Power point.
For example, 50,000,000 Technology Power together with 10,000,000 Modified Vehicle Power yields an estimate of 53,561,302.
| Check | Finding |
|---|---|
| Initial sample | 7 accounts |
| Results within approximately 5% | 5 accounts |
| Outliers removed | 2 accounts |
| Appropriate purpose | Preliminary estimation only |
The two outliers did not align with their visible statistics. Troop Power and Hero Power also lacked a consistent relationship with the score in this limited sample.
This is not an official scoring formula. It neither overrides the game's listed inputs nor accounts away the highest-record restriction. Never use it as a promise of a particular tier or pass requirement.
Migration Pass Prices and Preparation Time
Pass requirements increase with Identity Tier:
| Tier | Passes needed | Weeks needed through weekly Glory Shop purchases alone |
|---|---|---|
| Regular | 10 | 10 |
| Intermediate | 15 | 15 |
| Advanced | 20 | 20 |
| Elite | 50 | 50 |
The Glory Shop offers one Migration Pass weekly, priced at 5,000 Glory Badges. Those preparation periods assume you are starting without passes and obtain them only through that weekly purchase.
In Server 403's September 25, 2026 round, an account assessed at 74.1M is Intermediate and needs 15 passes. A counter reading 20/15 indicates 20 held against 15 needed.
Event-time paid packs may provide additional passes, but purchase caps can prevent a complete last-minute catch-up. Check your personal requirement before spending, and begin stocking passes well before the season finishes if relocation is a possibility.
Destination Capacity and State Classifications
Each destination has tier-specific immigration limits. Typical allocations and a more restrictive example are shown below:
| Tier | Typical destination | Restricted destination example |
|---|---|---|
| Regular | 60 | 60 |
| Intermediate | 40 | 40 |
| Advanced | 5 | 3 |
| Elite | 1 | 0 |
Restricted destinations may carry labels such as Flourishing or Semi-Open. At the beginning of a round, recent Migration Scores among active survivors help determine Fully Open and Semi-Open classifications. Fully Open destinations receive more total places, while Semi-Open destinations receive fewer.
Always check the actual destination listing. A state might accommodate numerous Regular and Intermediate arrivals while having no remaining capacity for an Advanced or Elite account.
Checklist Before You Depart
Confirm all of the following before attempting the transfer:
- Your chosen destination is listed for your server group.
- Your inventory contains the required Migration Passes.
- Any mandatory invitation or application approval is ready.
- A Regular opening remains if you are using invitation-free migration.
- Your Headquarters satisfies the event's displayed level condition.
- Your Headquarters is outside combat.
- Every deployed troop group has returned, including gathering marches, reinforcements and scouts.
- You no longer hold the President position.
- You have left your current alliance.
- You have not used migration earlier in this event round.
- Any previous 30-day migration cooldown has ended.
Avoid leaving your alliance while arrangements are still uncertain. Wait until your authorization, passes, destination and departure timing are settled so an unexpected delay does not unnecessarily interrupt rewards or event participation.
Choosing a State That Fits Your Account
A destination's largest account or total visible power tells only part of the story. Before committing, investigate:
- How active players are each day.
- Recent results in State vs State.
- Whether major alliances work together.
- NAP policies and rules governing internal attacks.
- Your intended alliance and its event expectations.
- Common languages and peak playing hours.
- Suitable openings for friends and farm accounts.
- Leadership's approach to disagreements and recruitment commitments.
An account that fits the state's schedule and expectations may have a better experience than one moving solely for a high ranking.
Sending a Strong Migration Request
Approach the desired alliance's R4 or designated migration contact before invitations begin. Ask who handles selection; do not assume every decision is made personally by the President.
Busy destinations can attract hundreds of requests, sometimes exceeding 1,000. A complete early introduction is more useful than repeated messages at the last moment.
Once assessments are available, provide:
- Your player name and current state.
- The exact Migration Score and assigned Identity Tier.
- Your preferred alliance, including acceptable alternatives.
- Your time zone and usual availability.
- Relevant combat and Alliance Duel experience.
- Details of anyone whose move must happen alongside yours.
A Warehouse screenshot can help demonstrate Duel preparation. Sharing an expected monthly spending budget is optional and is not an immigration condition.
A concise request could read:
Greetings! My account is [name], currently in State [number]. The event assigns me [tier] with a score of [score]. My preferred landing alliance is [choice], though [alternatives] also work. I usually play during [hours, time zone]. My combat and Alliance Duel background includes [summary]. This move involves [just me / the listed accounts], and our group requirement is [details].
For joint moves, list every account's name, score, tier and alliance preference. Clearly explain whether the group will travel only if all members receive places. Keep your player name unchanged during arrangements, or promptly notify your contact about a rename.
After assessment, reconfirm each person's tier allocation, receiving alliance and coordinator. Set an online appointment for invitation day and retain a fallback destination. If leadership cannot locate your account, privately provide your base coordinates to the assigned contact.
Organizing Incoming Players as Leadership
Coordinate recruitment across the destination state instead of keeping disconnected alliance lists. A shared tracking sheet can include:
| Tracking area | Details to record |
|---|---|
| Account identity | Player name, origin state, main or farm |
| Assessment | Verified score and Identity Tier |
| Placement | Intended alliance and agreed tier allocation |
| Communication | Responsible coordinator, language and active hours |
| Progress | Application, invitation and arrival status |
| Group planning | Linked accounts, move-together conditions and fallback state |
Allocate Advanced and Elite spaces carefully, but value active Regular and Intermediate applicants too. Their larger quotas can support substantial gains in participation, reinforcements and long-term account development.
A spreadsheet entry does not reserve an in-game opening. Mark an allocation as agreed only after leadership approves it, then verify the actual quota before issuing authorization.
Before sending each invitation, the coordinator and President should compare the applicant's identity, score, tier and assigned alliance. Update the record when the invitation goes out and again when arrival is confirmed. Notify the receiving alliance, route changes through the assigned coordinator and restrict the full applicant list to leadership who need access.
What Transfers and What Changes
Your main account development accompanies the move. This includes building and Headquarters levels, completed research, heroes and their development, troops, resources, speed-ups, inventory possessions and permanent progression.
Alliance membership does not accompany you. You must depart your old alliance beforehand and join or establish one after reaching the destination. Previous state appointments and local relationships also do not carry over; the receiving state's territory arrangements, leadership and rules take effect.
Successful relocation starts a 30-day migration cooldown.
| System | Result of relocation |
|---|---|
| State rankings | Your account switches from the former state's rankings to the destination's. |
| Arena | Your first week begins in Silver Arena. Second-week Peak Arena access depends on your ranking by total hero power. |
| Alliance Duel | Personal points reset, with accumulation beginning again afterward. |
Quick Tips
- Expect the first migration opportunity after Season 2, not Season 1.
- Trust your own event panel for dates, assigned tier, costs and destinations.
- Purchase the weekly Glory Shop pass early if moving is a realistic option.
- Delay major upgrades when preserving your present tier matters; power reductions cannot undo a recorded score.
- Arrange higher-tier authorization before dismantling your current alliance plans.
- Remember the 24-hour authorization expiry and 20-minute rejection wait.
- Verify every linked account's tier opening before committing a whole group.
- Recall all deployments, resolve combat restrictions and relinquish the Presidency before departure.
- Leave your alliance only when the transfer is ready, and keep an alternative destination available.
