Last Z: Survival Shooter Trade Hub Guide: Captures, Shop Stock, and Taxes
Updated October 12, 2026
Trade Hubs in Last Z: Survival Shooter combine timed territory contests with Diamond-funded shopping. Winning control gives a single survivor authority over the shop, while allies benefit from advance shopping access and reduced prices. The key is choosing a realistic target, protecting your Headquarters, and spending on items you actually need.
Contest Times and Cross-State Rules
Each contest runs for one hour on the following schedule:
| Day | Opening time | Length |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | 11:00 Apocalypse Time | 1 hour |
| Wednesday | 11:00 Apocalypse Time | 1 hour |
| Friday | 11:00 Apocalypse Time | 1 hour |
During the opening week, contests remain within your home state. Subsequent rounds allow cross-state competition.
In cross-state rounds, an enemy Headquarters belonging to another state cannot be attacked while it remains beyond the Hub boundary. Once that Headquarters relocates into the contest area, other survivors can attack it. The faster capture option therefore comes with greater exposure.
Capturing a Hub and Keeping Control
A Trade Hub has one player as its Owner; the alliance does not collectively hold that title. Allies cannot fight one another within that Hub, but their capture meters remain separate rather than pooling together.
Choose the intended Owner before committing. Supporting one candidate is more useful than assuming several allied capture meters will combine.
| Headquarters location | Shortest capture time | Main consideration |
|---|---|---|
| Beyond the Hub boundary | 15 minutes | Slower progress; the cross-state restriction protects outside-area Headquarters from attackers of another state |
| Within the Hub boundary | 10 minutes | Quicker capture, but the Headquarters becomes a valid target for other survivors |
The victory condition depends on whether someone already controls the Hub:
- Vacant Hub: At the contest deadline, ownership goes to the survivor whose capture meter is highest.
- Occupied Hub: A challenger needs 100% capture progress before time expires. Otherwise, the incumbent retains ownership.
- Participation rewards: Once ownership has been settled, alliance members who added capture progress at that location receive a reward.
Picking a Hub Level
The observed Season 3 map for state 403 contained 10 Trade Hubs. Treat this as the checked layout rather than a guarantee for every map.
| Level | Count on the checked map | Targeting advice |
|---|---|---|
| Lv.3 | 1 | Offers the largest key bundles and is likely to attract the strongest competition |
| Lv.2 | 3 | A practical alternative when holding Lv.3 is unrealistic |
| Lv.1 | 6 | More plentiful fallback targets for participation, control, and shopping access |
The Hub list supports switching among states belonging to your season group. Before moving, inspect each location's coordinates, level, Owner, and associated alliance.
Stocking the Shop and Buying Items
Following the contest, the Owner uses Stock to refill the week's inventory completely. Allies get the first shopping opportunity, with regular merchandise discounted by 20%.
Access follows these rules:
- Owner Exclusive merchandise: Reserved for the individual who controls the Hub.
- Regular merchandise: Available to eligible shoppers; the Owner's allies receive their 20% reduction.
- Public access: The Owner can subsequently make the shop available to all survivors within that season group, with purchases paid in Diamonds.
- Limited stock: Earlier buyers can exhaust inventory before later visitors arrive.
There are also two account-level shopping restrictions:
| Restriction | Allowance |
|---|---|
| Purchases of a matching item type | Once daily |
| Combined purchases across every Hub Shop | 10 daily |
| Reset for both restrictions | 11:00 Apocalypse Time |
Visiting another Hub does not provide a fresh set of 10 purchases.
Inventory and Diamond Prices by Level
The tables below separate bundle size from Diamond cost. An em dash indicates that the price was not visible in the checked shop view, either because the item had sold out or because its price fell outside the captured area. It does not mean the item is free.
Lv.1 inventory
| Item | Bundle size | Standard Diamonds | Shown discounted Diamonds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Universal Orange Hero Fragment — Owner Exclusive | 8 | — | — |
| Universal Orange Hero Fragment — regular | 5 | — | — |
| Steel | 15 × 30K | 2,250 | 1,800 |
| Badges | 1,000 | — | — |
| EXP Chest | 6 | 1,440 | 1,152 |
| 1h Construction Speedup | 5 | 500 | 400 |
| 1h Research Speedup | 5 | — | — |
| 1h Universal Speedup | 5 | — | — |
Lv.2 inventory
| Item | Bundle size | Public Diamonds |
|---|---|---|
| Universal Exclusive Equipment Fragment — Owner Exclusive | 10 | — |
| Universal Exclusive Equipment Fragment — regular | 6 | — |
| Power Cores | 150 | — |
| Badges | 1,500 | — |
| EXP Chest | 9 | 2,160 |
| 1h Construction Speedup | 5 | 500 |
| 1h Research Speedup | 5 | — |
| 1h Universal Speedup | 5 | — |
Lv.3 inventory
| Item | Bundle size | Standard Diamonds | Shown discounted Diamonds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Random Purple Tactical Plugin Chest — Owner Exclusive | 3 | 9,375 | 7,500 |
| Random Blue Tactical Plugin Chest — regular | 12 | — | — |
| Golden Wrenches | 14 | — | — |
| Badges | 2,400 | — | — |
| EXP Chest | 15 | 3,600 | 2,880 |
| 1h Construction Speedup | 5 | 500 | 400 |
| 1h Research Speedup | 5 | — | — |
| 1h Universal Speedup | 5 | — | — |
The clearest scaling appears in Badges and EXP Chest bundles. Badge quantities rise from 1,000 at Lv.1 to 1,500 at Lv.2 and 2,400 at Lv.3. EXP Chest bundles increase from 6 to 9 to 15 over those same levels.
Specialty stock also changes: Lv.1 offers Steel, Lv.2 introduces Universal Exclusive Equipment Fragment bundles and Power Cores, and Lv.3 carries Tactical Plugin Chests alongside Golden Wrenches.
Taxes and Alliance Payouts
Successful shop transactions generate tax equal to 10% of the Diamonds spent. That balance belongs to the current ownership period.
When inventory sells out or the Owner relinquishes control, the accumulated balance is awarded as Tax Bonus Red Packets. The Owner can then share these with alliance members using alliance chat.
The conversion rules specify:
- Each 10,000 Diamonds counted as tax produces one packet.
- A positive tax amount under 10,000 also qualifies for one packet.
Tax is not a personal rebate for the shopper. You still pay the listed Diamond cost, and the Owner decides how to distribute the resulting packets. Buying an otherwise poor-value item merely to generate tax is therefore an inefficient reason to spend.
Planning Your Capture and Spending
| Your situation | Recommended approach |
|---|---|
| You are the nominated ownership candidate | Prioritize your own capture meter; allied progress is separate |
| Your alliance can defend your relocated Headquarters | Consider entering the zone for the 10-minute minimum |
| Defending an exposed Headquarters is unlikely | Allow for the 15-minute minimum from outside |
| An ally controls the shop | Shop during advance access to use the 20% discount |
| A bundle addresses an immediate shortage | Compare its price with your available Diamond reserve |
| Your only motivation is generating tax | Save the Diamonds instead |
| You have already made 10 purchases today | Wait until 11:00 Apocalypse Time resets the allowance |
Quick Tips
- Set reminders for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:00 Apocalypse Time.
- Agree on one ownership candidate before the contest begins.
- Distinguish a vacant Hub's highest-progress finish from an occupied Hub's 100% takeover requirement.
- Only relocate into the capture zone when the faster timer justifies the attack risk.
- Check ownership and alliance details before selecting a cross-state target.
- Budget purchases around both the once-daily item-type restriction and the shared 10-purchase cap.
- Prioritize useful discounted stock; do not treat tax packets as guaranteed money back.
