Last Z: Survival Shooter Tyrant Guide: Rally Planning and Reward Tiers
Updated October 12, 2026
Tyrant rewards organized alliances in Last Z: Survival Shooter. Strong heroes help, but filling rallies efficiently and keeping troops available can make a major difference to both individual and alliance results.
Aim for 7–8 participants per rally, reinforce groups already forming, and minimize travel time. Treat this event primarily as a damage-driven source of Power Cores and progression materials—not your main Steel supply.
Tyrant Schedule and Entry Requirements
| Detail | What to know |
|---|---|
| Weekly frequency | 2–3 appearances, depending on the server |
| Battle window | 15 minutes from summoning |
| Alliance requirement | More than 20 members |
| Summoning authority | An R4 or R5 must summon Tyrant manually once the event opens |
| Scheduling authority | R4/R5 can choose the starting time through Event Center |
| Time reference | Apocalypse Time |
Open Event Center → Tyrant to verify your server's scheduled slot. Use the current event screen rather than relying on a previously saved schedule.
How Tyrant Rewards Work
Tyrant tracks two separate damage totals: your own contribution and the alliance's combined output. Improving one does not automatically move the other into its next reward tier.
Alliance performance
Higher combined damage improves alliance rewards, so lower-power members also benefit when the group performs well. Help the alliance's hardest hitter fill rallies while continuing to build damage across the rest of the team.
The event rules describe an alliance-reward multiplier ranging from 1× to 10× for the survivor with the highest damage, determined by that survivor's personal output. The corresponding thresholds are not listed. This multiplier should not be used to calculate the personal Power Core amounts below.
Individual rewards
Depending on the reward tier, available items can include:
- Power Cores
- Enhancement Alloy
- Speedups
- Hero EXP
- Standard resources
- Gift Vouchers
- Diamonds
Certain high-damage tiers also include Steel. Check your server's active reward menu before planning around a particular payout.
Personal Power Core Reward Table
The September 2026 reward display for Server 403 lists the first Power Core payout at 2.8M damage, with 285 Power Cores at 12.5B+.
Each row shows the amount displayed for that band; these are not cumulative totals. Here, M represents million and B represents billion. The game displays billion as G.
| Personal damage range | Power Cores awarded |
|---|---|
| 2.8M–4.3M | 20 |
| 4.3M–6.5M | 30 |
| 6.5M–9.5M | 40 |
| 9.5M–14.5M | 60 |
| 14.5M–19M | 80 |
| 19M–26M | 100 |
| 26M–34.5M | 110 |
| 34.5M–45.5M | 120 |
| 45.5M–57.5M | 130 |
| 57.5M–70M | 140 |
| 70M–100M | 150 |
| 100M–200M | 170 |
| 200M–350M | 190 |
| 350M–550M | 210 |
| 550M–750M | 230 |
| 750M–1.1B | 250 |
| 1.1B–4.2B | 260 |
| 4.2B–7.3B | 265 |
| 7.3B–8.3B | 270 |
| 8.3B–10.4B | 275 |
| 10.4B–12.5B | 280 |
| 12.5B+ | 285 |
Adjacent ranges share boundary values in the menu. At those values, consult “Till Next Tier Reward” to confirm your progress instead of assuming which band applies.
Steel Payouts and Icon Identification
The same Server 403 menu explicitly shows these Steel rewards:
| Personal damage range | Steel awarded |
|---|---|
| 8.3B–10.4B | 15,000 |
| 10.4B–12.5B | 20,000 |
| 12.5B+ | 25,000 |
Look for the I-beam icon when identifying Steel. The circular silver resource symbols shown in lower reward bands represent something else.
The Power Core table excludes other reward items. Tyrant can supplement Steel income at these high thresholds, but it should not replace a regular resource-gathering plan.
Build a More Effective Rally Routine
Prepare before the summon
Bring every troop back to HQ 5 minutes before the scheduled start. Gathering assignments and unfinished marches can prevent you from entering the opening rallies.
Choose your strongest heroes and formation, then activate any available attack bonuses before combat begins.
Target 7–8 participants
Keep rally groups at 7–8 members. Larger, properly filled groups produce substantially better damage and participant points than underfilled attacks.
Avoid committing to groups below 7 members. If a forming group has only 3–4 participants, allow it to fill or choose another suitable rally. Do not launch with just 2–3 members.
Reinforce before opening another rally
Check for available rally slots before creating a new group. Filling an existing rally is more efficient than splitting members across several incomplete ones.
Only open another rally when there are no available groups to reinforce. During the 15-minute encounter, faster assembly gives the alliance more opportunities to finish attacks.
Favor short travel routes
Prioritize rally leaders positioned near Tyrant. Reduced marching time helps attacks begin sooner and lets more rallies finish before the encounter closes.
Also inspect the rally countdown. Your troops need sufficient time to reach the group before departure.
Keep alliance communication clear
Announce new rallies in alliance chat so others can reinforce promptly. Follow the agreed rally plan, especially when the remaining event time is short.
Reaching your desired personal tier is not a reason to stop contributing: the alliance may still need additional damage for its next reward level.
Participating While Offline
If you cannot attend, open Event Center → Tyrant and enable “Engage offline”. This option automatically places your troops into rallies while you are away, allowing you to participate in damage-based rewards.
It is also useful as a backup when you expect to play but might miss the start. Pair it with a reminder for the scheduled event time.
Why Your Rewards May Be Lower Than Expected
Several common problems reduce Tyrant returns:
- Underfilled groups: Too few participants leave damage potential unused.
- Too many simultaneous rally openings: Splitting available players delays full groups.
- Unavailable troops: Gathering or marching at the start costs early attack opportunities.
- Long travel times: Extra movement reduces the number of attacks you can complete.
- Limited participation: Joining too few rallies keeps personal damage low.
- Weak alliance output: Your individual tier and the alliance's reward progress remain separate.
- Solo attacks: These contribute far less damage than properly filled rallies.
Fix coordination problems before assuming that hero strength alone is responsible for a disappointing payout.
