Last Z: Survival Shooter Yu Chan Build and Skill Guide
Updated October 12, 2026
Yu Chan’s Role and Best Setup
Yu Chan fills a DPS position in Last Z: Survival Shooter’s Blood Rose faction, combining steady normal-attack output with active-skill burst. Her strongest fit is a Blood Rose-focused lineup paired with Assaulter troops.
Her kit develops along three damage paths:
- Death’s Aim: strengthens normal attacks.
- Soul Striker: delivers burst damage, with star upgrades improving damage or attack count.
- Wyrm Wrath: raises her personal skill damage until her exclusive talent shares the effect with eligible allies.
Skill Bonuses at Each Star Level
The tables below list the bonuses associated with each star tier, rather than cumulative totals.
Death’s Aim
This skill raises the damage factor attached to Yu Chan’s normal attacks.
| Star tier | Damage-factor increase |
|---|---|
| 1★ | +120 |
| 2★ | +120 |
| 3★ | +120 |
| 4★ | +150 |
| 5★ | +300 |
Soul Striker
Yu Chan’s active attack gains additional hits at some tiers and higher damage factors at others.
| Star tier | Upgrade bonus |
|---|---|
| 1★ | Fire Count +1 |
| 2★ | Damage Factor +200 |
| 3★ | Damage Factor +200 |
| 4★ | Fire Count +2 |
| 5★ | Damage Factor +400 |
Wyrm Wrath
Wyrm Wrath initially boosts only Yu Chan’s skill damage. Dragon’s Bane, her fourth talent, expands its coverage to Blood Rose heroes within her formation.
| Star tier | Skill-damage increase |
|---|---|
| 1★ | +1.5% |
| 2★ | +1.5% |
| 3★ | +2% |
| 4★ | +2% |
| 5★ | +3% |
How Dragon’s Bane Works
Yu Chan’s exclusive talent adds both faction support and troop matchup bonuses:
- Shared Wyrm Wrath: Blood Rose heroes serving in the same troop receive the skill-damage effect.
- Against Riders: troop damage increases by 10%.
- Against Shooters: incoming troop damage decreases by 10%.
This shared buff makes Yu Chan more valuable alongside other Blood Rose heroes. When considering an upgrade to Wyrm Wrath, account for its wider contribution once Dragon’s Bane is available.
Gear Stats and Resource Allocation
Use the following equipment-stat order:
- Attack %
- Damage %
- HP %
Concentrate equipment investment on your 5 main heroes instead of distributing upgrades among characters outside your core lineup.
With Yu Chan occupying a primary DPS slot, develop her skills, equipment, and stars alongside the rest of that lineup. Avoid letting spending on unused heroes slow down your main team’s progress.
Building a Team Around Yu Chan
A Blood Rose core provides the faction synergy that best supports Yu Chan’s damage role. Pair that core with Assaulter troops to maintain the intended troop alignment.
A 3+2 formation is an option to consider, but preserve the Blood Rose core when evaluating mixed-faction arrangements. Dragon’s Bane’s shared skill-damage effect specifically benefits Blood Rose allies, so not every teammate receives that part of her kit.
Which Skill Should You Upgrade First?
There is no universal upgrade sequence that suits every roster. Choose according to the damage contribution you need to improve:
- Look at Death’s Aim when assessing normal-attack gains.
- Evaluate Soul Striker for stronger active damage or additional hits.
- Consider Wyrm Wrath for personal skill-damage scaling, plus its Blood Rose team benefit through Dragon’s Bane.
Yu Chan is a strong primary damage option for a Blood Rose lineup, but her value should be judged within that faction-focused setup rather than as a mandatory pick for every team.
Quick Tips
- Give Yu Chan a central DPS role in your Blood Rose lineup.
- Use Assaulter troops for the recommended alignment.
- Rank Attack % ahead of Damage %, followed by HP %.

- Remember that Dragon’s Bane shares Wyrm Wrath with Blood Rose allies in her troop.

- Keep her skill, star, and equipment development balanced with your core team.
