The Boss Rush in Chasing Kaleidorider offers a thrilling gauntlet of challenges against powerful foes. This mode tests your team's mettle across successive rounds, each featuring a unique boss with increasing difficulty and specific objectives. As you clear each boss's initial level, the next, tougher iteration unlocks, ranging from enemy level 20 to a formidable level 70.

Scoring System

Your performance in Boss Rush is evaluated based on various criteria, awarding points upon victory:

  • Bravery (100 Points): Successfully defeat the boss.
  • Perseverance: Win with more than two minutes remaining on the clock.
  • Mastery (200 Points): Deploy specific character types in your team (e.g., Passion or Reason).
  • Valiance: Achieve victory with your entire team surviving.
  • Endurance: Inflict the 'BROKEN' status on enemies at least five times.
  • Agility: Awarded based on the boss's HP loss (10 points per 1% HP).
  • Each Alive on Win (25 Points): Points for every surviving character at the end.
  • Each Sec Left on Win (50 Points): Points for each second remaining on the timer.
  • Ultimate Skill Usage (400 Points): Your character uses their Ultimate Skill twice.
  • Grand Assault Usage (800 Points): Your characters unleash at least one Grand Assault.
  • Boss Shred (10 Points): Points for every point of Boss Shred inflicted.
  • Total DMG Taken (<6,000 on Win) (250 Points): Complete the battle with total damage taken under 6,000.

Copy Mastermind

This boss focuses on exploiting the 'BROKEN' status effect.

Modifier: Increases damage dealt to BROKEN targets.

Levels: The Copy Mastermind challenge spans six levels, with enemies scaling from level 20 to 70.

Specific Tasks:

  • Defeat Copy Mastermind: Shadow.
  • Achieve victory with two minutes or more left.
  • Include at least two Passion characters in your squad.
  • Finish the fight with all characters alive.
  • Apply the 'BROKEN' effect to enemies a minimum of five times.

Pontus

Specific Tasks:

  • Defeat Subspecies Pontus.

The Sovereign of All Paths

This boss requires a strategic selection of specific character types.

  • Defeat The Sovereign of All Paths.
  • Include at least two Reason characters in your squad.

Communion Frequency

This boss rewards skillful use of Grand Assaults.

Modifier: After activating a Grand Assault, all characters on your team deal a fixed amount of increased damage to targets.
