JoJo Golden Spirit Guild Bosses: Strategy and Abilities Guide

Updated October 12, 2026

Guild Boss battles in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Spirit are cooperative engagements where your guildmates combine their might to take down powerful foes. These 'rally fights' are led by one player whose main team forms the core attacking force, supplemented by a smaller support lineup from each participating guild member. There are five distinct bosses, all drawn from the Golden Wind arc, each presenting ten progressively challenging rounds.

Guild Boss Fundamentals

Each boss features a unique set of abilities, referred to as their 'kit', which remains consistent across all ten rounds. What does change significantly is their raw power. As you advance through the rounds, bosses will exhibit increasingly high Health, Attack, and Defense statistics. Additionally, the number of auxiliary enemies accompanying the boss can also increase, adding another layer of complexity to the encounter.

Scaling Difficulty Across Rounds

The following table illustrates how a boss's core statistics escalate from Round 1 to Round 10. Note that specific values will vary slightly between different bosses, but the growth pattern remains similar.

Baby Face is a tricky opponent capable of shrinking and stunning targets while maintaining stealth and regenerating HP. Its abilities include:

  • Passive (Energy Regen in Stealth): While in Stealth, Melone restores 100 Energy per second.

Mario Zucchero

Zucchero specializes in piercing attacks and manipulating target status, particularly with his "Deflate" ability. His kit includes:

  • Ultimate: Pierces a target with a rapier, dealing massive damage (1000% of Attack), instantly breaking their Shield, and having an 80% chance to "Deflate" them for 5 seconds.
  • Skill: Jabs the target, dealing damage (560% of Attack) and removing one buff. Has a 15-second cooldown.
  • Passive (Stealth Damage): While in Stealth, Zucchero deals additional damage equal to 10% of his Attack with every hit.
  • Passive (Deflation Extension): Attacks against Deflated enemies have a 40% chance to extend the Deflation duration by 2 seconds, triggering once every 2 seconds per enemy.

Ghiaccio (White Album)

Ghiaccio is a defensive boss who controls the battlefield with ice, freezing enemies and protecting allies. His abilities are:

  • Ultimate (Ice Crystals): Freezes moisture into ice crystals, granting allies within 2 tiles 20% reduced ranged damage for 10 seconds. Affected allies also retaliate for 400% of Ghiaccio's Defense when attacked. Additionally, grants 3 stacks of "Block Up" to affected allies. Bonuses persist for 1 second if an ally leaves the area.
  • Skill (Ice Blocks): Freezes enemies in a cone, dealing damage (400% of Defense) and having a 60% chance to inflict "Chill." Subsequently, Ghiaccio inflicts 1 stack of "Attack Down" on Chilled enemies in the area. Has a 14-second cooldown.
  • Passive (Constant Chill): Every second, Ghiaccio has a 20% chance to inflict "Chill" on enemies within 2 tiles.

This duo is a more complex boss, where Tiziano enters Stealth at the start of battle and Squalo manages crowd control. Their abilities are:

  • Ultimate (Daggers): When Risotto's energy is maxed, he throws 13 daggers at the enemy with the highest HP, each dealing damage equal to 300% of Attack.

Quick Tips

  • Coordinate with your Guild: Guild Bosses are cooperative; ensure your guildmates contribute their support units.
  • Adapt Your Leader's Team: The leader's team determines the primary attackers, so choose units effective against the current boss's abilities.
  • Focus on Utility: Support units that offer buffs, debuffs, or healing can be invaluable, especially in later rounds.
  • Target Key Enemies: Some bosses might have specific support enemies that should be eliminated first to reduce overall threat.
  • Understand Boss Mechanics: Familiarize yourself with each boss's Ultimate, Skill, and Passive abilities to counter them effectively.
