Kingshot Kingdom Age & Server Timeline Guide
Updated October 12, 2026
Kingdom age sets the pace for Kingshot’s biggest releases. Also called state age, it measures how many days have passed since a kingdom opened. Hero generations, pets, Masters, and major progression systems follow that clock—not your spending or personal development speed.
Use the schedule below to prepare resources, gems, pet food, and alliance plans before the next milestone. Remember that an unlocked feature may still have a separate building requirement.
How Kingdom Unlock Timing Works
Kingshot uses two kinds of release windows:
- Fixed milestones: Content becomes available at a specified kingdom age.
- Monument windows: A mission has an opening day and a completion period. Finishing the objective opens its feature sooner; otherwise, the feature opens when that period ends.
For example, Days 48–52 describes the earliest and latest opening for King’s Castle, rather than one universal battle date.
Your Town Center cannot bring a hero generation forward. However, reaching Town Center Lv. 30 is necessary for both initial Truegold development and War Academy construction once their age requirements are satisfied.

Generation 8 debuted on September 14, 2026, for kingdoms 1–115. Other kingdoms receive that roster upon reaching their individual Day 533 milestone.
Planning Around Heroes and Masters
Hero releases follow the ages listed above regardless of account level. The later schedule is especially useful for saving: Generation 4 arrives at 197 days, Generation 5 at 281, Generation 7 at 449, and Generation 8 at 533.
For an immediate investment, begin building reserves at least 30 days ahead of a major hero, pet, or Master release. Decide which upcoming roster matters to your account before spending on the current one.
For Generation 2, the suggested saving rule is 150+ gems before pulling; otherwise, defer investment until Generation 3. Treat that figure as a budgeting recommendation, not a recruitment price.
Masters have their own release spacing:
| Master roster | Arrival | Time since previous batch |
|---|---|---|
| Valora, Pan, Roman | Day 113 | Initial release |
| Cassia | Day 155 | 42 days |
| Wilson, Guinevere | Day 197 | 42 days |
| Isnor, Aena | Day 281 | 84 days |
A known arrival date for Isnor and Aena also gives you a Day 281 reference point, allowing you to estimate earlier Master release dates for that kingdom.
Truegold and War Academy Preparation
The first Truegold window spans Days 59–69, but kingdom eligibility alone is insufficient: your account needs Town Center Lv. 30 before beginning Truegold building upgrades.
Subsequent milestones are substantial:
- Day 155: TG5, Truegold Crucible, and Super Refine.
- Day 323: TG8 together with Tempered Truegold.
- Day 491: TG10, the final tier.
War Academy deserves an independent savings plan. At Day 225, it opens the Truegold troop-research route toward T11, covering Infantry, Cavalry, and Archers. Research uses Truegold Dust, and construction requires an already-built Town Center Lv. 30.
This is the game’s most demanding resource unlock. Prepare months ahead rather than assuming its arrival means you can immediately complete the research path.
Why Pet Timing Matters
The first pets at Day 55 support early marching and gathering. Cheetah and Moose, arriving at Day 72, improve combat and march-speed options.
The bigger planning shift comes at Day 113. Lion and Grizzly Bear introduce meaningful passive material generation, with uses providing resources such as Forgehammers, Truegold, and Charm materials.
That same milestone introduces Masters. Redirect pet food toward the new pets and give Journey Supplies and other Master resources specific investment targets instead of spending without a plan.
Finding Your Kingdom’s Current Age
There is no direct in-game state-age display. These two checks help establish the timeline.
Check VIP login history
Your consecutive-login total matches kingdom age only if you started on launch day and have logged in every day since.
Joining later or missing logins makes this unreliable. A week away, for instance, leaves the login figure behind the kingdom’s actual age.
Use the Beast Hunting record
- Open the Monument, located centrally in the Outer City and reachable through Events.
- Locate Beast Hunting.
- Read its completion date.
- Move backward 2 days to identify the kingdom’s opening date.
- Calculate the elapsed days from that date to today.
This works despite missed logins because Beast Hunting activates at Day 2, alongside Hunting Trap and Lv. 1–2 Terrors.
For another kingdom, its first Castle Battle offers a rough reference. King’s Castle opens within Days 48–52, so that battle helps estimate age, though it does not establish one exact launch date.
Quick Tips
- Distinguish fixed release days from Monument-dependent ranges.
- Finish Town Center Lv. 30 before planning immediate Truegold or War Academy access.
- Save at least 30 days early for targeted roster releases.
- Budget for Day 225 well before War Academy appears.
- Reserve pet food and Master supplies ahead of Day 113.
- Use Beast Hunting’s recorded date when login history is incomplete.
- Follow your kingdom’s age, not another kingdom’s calendar.
