Kingshot SvS (Server vs Server) Guide
Updated October 12, 2026
SvS preparation in Kingshot rewards planning more than impulsive spending. The Kingdom of Power event, also called KvK, gives kingdoms five scoring days before the castle battle weekend. Save supplies beforehand, spend them when they count, and preserve enough resources to contribute throughout the preparation phase.
This guide covers preparation priorities, scoring values, and the extra decisions facing governors selected for Duel of the Elites.
Preparation Goals and Event Timing
Aim to claim the 200,000-point daily chest whenever your stockpile reasonably allows it. Your kingdom’s broader objective is winning preparation, which provides the attacking position and State Bonus buffs for the castle battle.
After the first Kingdom of Power, the expected rotation repeats every 28 days, or 4 weeks:
- Brawl week, featuring Swordland Showdown
- Strongest Governor week
- Alliance Mobilization week
- KvK preparation week
That final week contains five preparation days followed by the battle weekend. A new kingdom first reaches Kingdom of Power after its 5th Hall of Governors event.
Treat this rotation as guidance rather than a guaranteed calendar. Only the Strongest Governor placement has independent live-kingdom verification; the remaining sequence is reported rather than fully verified. Kingdom unlock dates differ, so confirm dates through your Event Center.
Stockpile and Set Up Before Day 1
During the preceding week, reserve Advanced Taming Marks, Hero Roulette spins, Mythic Hero Shards, Truegold, Widgets, and Forgehammers. Late-game accounts should also retain Mithril. Save Master Emblems, Master’s Manuscripts, and Master Skill Speedups obtained through the Master Academy.
Before construction spending begins:
- Activate the Wolf pet buff and Double Time Decree.
- Request Chief Minister through your kingdom’s assignment process.
- Arrange Watchtower intel carryover efficiently.
- Clear hospital beds ahead of battle week.
- Confirm shell-alliance arrangements, your UTC battle window, and the Town Center attack range relevant to battle.
- Check Duel of the Elites eligibility and coordinate major spending.
Beast hunting awards no direct preparation points.
Duel of the Elites Explained
Duel of the Elites adds a separate competition during preparation Stages 1–4, without replacing ordinary scoring.
Following matchmaking, each kingdom supplies 150 governors, chosen by Power from recently active accounts. Every round randomly distributes participants across 10 groups, with room for 15 governors per kingdom in each group.
Daily Personal Preparation Points determine group scoring. Participants must satisfy the daily group-point threshold to appear in its leaderboard and become eligible for ranking rewards.
Each group’s rank 1 governor receives ranking rewards and secures a Preparation Point Bonus for their kingdom’s next preparation stage. Multiple bonuses stack, but they increase Kingdom Preparation Points only—not personal, alliance, or Duel group totals.
Selected governors should therefore regard 200,000 as a reward target, not an automatic spending limit. Coordinate realistic first-place attempts. Being rank 12 behind a runaway leader is usually a poor reason to empty a month’s reserves.

Day 1: Buildings, Intel, and Charms
Favor construction-related spending and prepared intel. Each Watchtower mission delivers 6,000 points, while building upgrades let you convert saved Truegold and Tempered Truegold into substantial progress.
Research and training speedups qualify, but preserving them for their preferred days can improve your overall plan. Activate applicable buffs before spending.
Governor Charms also offer milestone rewards beyond their basic 70-point conversion. Reaching a new charm level grants an additional one-time bonus across the Level 1–11 progression. If a breakpoint is close, consider completing it today rather than scattering materials across several days.
Day 2: Heroes, Research, and Academy Resources
This is a strong opportunity for Hero Roulette, hero ascension, Truegold Dust, research speedups, and Master Skill Speedups. Master Emblems and Master’s Manuscripts also qualify today and tomorrow.
Shard rarity matters: Mythic, Epic, and Rare shards have different scoring rates. For a simple benchmark, 25 Hero Roulette spins yield 200,000 points.
Gathering provides ongoing progress without requiring premium stockpiles. Construction supplies remain eligible, but use them according to your remaining daily targets rather than automatically exhausting everything.
Day 3: Pets and Remaining Hero Upgrades
Advanced Taming Marks are the standout resource for many smaller accounts: each contributes 15,000 points. 14 marks produce 210,000 points, enough for the daily chest without another source.
Common Taming Marks, Pet Advancement, intel, charms, hero resources, and the listed Academy materials provide additional options. Allocate hero spending between Days 2 and 3 instead of leaving one day unsupported.
For Duel participants, a saved pet stockpile can make a competitive group worth contesting.
Day 4: Troops and High-Value Gear Materials
Mithril delivers 40,000 points per unit, making 5 Mithril worth 200,000 points. Access requires maxed Mythic gear progression, and even its more accessible acquisition route remains expensive for many accounts.
Without Mithril, concentrate on your highest available troop tier, supplemented by Widgets, Forgehammers, gathering, or charms.
| Troop tier | Points per trained troop |
|---|---|
| T1 | 3 |
| T2 | 4 |
| T3 | 5 |
| T4 | 8 |
| T5 | 12 |
| T6 | 18 |
| T7 | 25 |
| T8 | 35 |
| T9 | 45 |
| T10 | 60 |
| T11 | 75 |
Training speedups are best reserved for today’s troop work; do not confuse troop-based scoring with the earlier per-minute rewards.
Day 5: Finish With Flexible Spending
The final preparation day offers the broadest selection. Eligible categories include Governor Gear, Mithril, Widgets, Forgehammers, pet progression, Taming Marks, intel, gathering, Truegold, Tempered Truegold, Truegold Dust, and construction, research, training, and Master Skill Speedups.
Governor Gear belongs here. Mithril and hero-gear materials are also strong final-day reserves, though Day 4 accepts them. Training speedups likewise have Day 5 flexibility after their preferred Day 4 use.
Review the kingdom standings before committing leftovers, and check today’s event panel for exact scoring.
